Reason To Stay: Aroostook

This project celebrates the pride and resilience of LGBTQ+ people in rural northern Maine. My goals for the project are to help increase LGBTQ+ visibility in northern Maine, represent LGBTQ+ body sovereignty as identity defined by the individual and to help create an intersectional sense of belonging across a diverse community. This project was launched with the support of the Pride Aroostook community.
